I was just going to suggest The Iron Druid Chronicles as well. That was the series I started reading while waiting for Cold Days. It definitely didn't disappoint.
loved Glen Cook's Garret series. If you like Dresden I'm sure you will like these. His Black Company series is completely different but also excellent
