Thanks! and the reason i said that he killer her sister is because thats what the author made katniss think. Katniss being the way she is all pessimist only thought of the fact that he built those bombs and after she met peeta and his sweet kind noble self,lets face it she just couldnt bare Gales rage towards the capitol so she sorta let her feelings getting the best of her. I personally DONT blame Gale no one has the right to he would NEVER do that. But in Katniss eyes its just the way she saw it which is y that gave the final push away from gale she needed toll into peetas arms.
