Yes! I agree with Patrick Wolf
Word of god from Rothfuss is that Denna is supposed to look like Natalie Portman at that age. With the CGI we can put into digital aging and rejuvenation ala Benjamin Button, I see no reason why Natalie Portman shouldn't play the part written with her in mind.
