Oh I love this part too! She was just lamenting how she would never see him looking at her again, and then poof! Such a great scene.
I love it :)
The ending upset me a little the first time I read it though because most of my fdavorite moments involved Po looking at Katsa. Really looking at her. I loved how it affected her like nothing else ever did...
