Supposedly yes. Word around the campfire is that this series is meant to wrap up with book 7.
Pretty sure Martin plans to release the book after ths TV series ends the fifth season. Perfect timing to boost sales.
problem is that there really isn't enough in Book 4 to justify a whole season ... at minimum books 4 and 5 would probably have to be combined to make a 4th season ... book 4 for me anyway ... was a real slog.
