I started including dystopian lit in my reading, but I started reading Matched and it felt too formulaic. Have you read that one?
@Rgage, I'm literally thinking about Matched. The reviews don't look that good, but I'm in between books so... maybe.
@Amelia, When I read 1984 & Brave New World in my late teens, these books were lumped in with SciFi and that's hit or miss with me. But I stumbled upon an article in EW in 2010 about how The Hunger Games got opinioned & how a group of tweens got wind of the director & wrote a letter begging him not to massacre the adaptation to screen. I download the book that night & I've been stuck on the wonderful world of dystopian lit ever since. Especially serials. I'm also wondering if I should venture further into Enderverse, having completed Ender's Game a week or so ago. Thoughts?
