Any time before 2015 would be a bonus, and that's a conservative estimate. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait, but I think it might even be longer than the gap between the previous two books. He has a lot more commitments these days.
It's not a matter of commitments. Martin writes by the seat of his pants when the inspiration comes on him. He doesn't plot things out in detail, and he's not the kind of writer who can just churn out 15 pages a day. If he's not feeling it, he can't write.
