Although you never know - I have two red headed cousins who could TOTALLY be Weasleys and they are 100% Mexican.
Yeah, ok....NOBODY expected Rue as black but white....wow...funniest thing I've heard! Have u even read the hunger games??? In the hunger games it specifically describes Rue with "brown skin and dark brown eyes!". Oh yeah, people who READ the book were surprised...yeah whatever u say....read the book 1st before say things like this!

I met someone who said that after reading the first few books she had it in her head that Hermione was black. She was rather disappointed when the first film came out and she saw Emma Watson.
