I agree, I think if you saw some more of Voldemort up in your face doing bad things, you would loathe him a bit more. I also think that people don't like Umbridge because we don't know anything about her character. All we know is that she does what the boss tells her. I wish she had a little more character, but I guess some villians need to stay villians.
