I've only seen excerpts of the musical, the movie of the musical, and the Dario Argento one. I really want to see the original, especially after reading The Monster's Muse by Bradford Tatum. I also want to see this other old one I think I caught the end of once where a wall falls on him or something. I did like the Svengali aspect of the ALW musical with the phantom controlling Christine's voice and will.
