I agree…I mean it’s not the perfect ending but after all the chaos that had happened, you at least try to be in their situation. All the physical, mental and emotional stress that everyone had gone through it’s just fitting that at the end you at least feel at peace with everything especially Katniss and Peeta…and realizing that everything won’t be the same again, only hope remains. “…dandelions in the spring. The bright yellow that means rebirth instead of destruction.”
i guess you've got a point there...I can see it in a different way now...i actually never really thought about it like that thx...i just wish that maybe it had been just katniss and peeta there together not with kids
But remeber Katniss still didn't want kids; Peeta did. It took her 15 years to agree to have kids, probably just for his sake. And when she didn't want to have kids it was in fear of them being put into the hunger games which are no more.
Put yourself in her shoe...wouldn't you do the same? We all have our own fears but we can get pass those...
yeah i guess seeing as everyone moved on but still didn't really like the ending...she sorta just got rid of Gale really fast
