You should try despite is not as good as other series. :) You can always stop whenever you want!
My girlfriend told me about this series and loves it! Everyone feels different and you're right, I can always stop. I'm reading A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness in the meantime.
I bought the Discovery of Witches, but ahven't read it yet. How is it?
Its very detailed, Melissa. Like a history book. But you can't stop reading it. I enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next book in the series.
