You pretty much summed up what I had to say. The gunslinger was okay, but DRawing of the three got me hooked. After that My favorite is Wizard and Glass, I enjoyed the Roland backstory a lot. Still haven't read Sisters of Eluria though, and waiting for Wind through the keyhole.
The Drawing of the Three without a doubt! I also liked the last two. The Wolves of the Calla was good, but my least favorite.
