Not according to the replies I have on here lol.
I did not finish this book because how many times can you go on about Sandwiches and it ended but it WOULD NOT END
I really wanted to like this book but..after awhile it was more torture to finish the book.
I did finish it because so many were reading it but I was underwhelmed and have not read the other two books.
I liked it. THe slow start made me want to stop before I got too far in, but I'm glad I pushed through. I do think some of the driving, eating, and all of those trivialities could have been edited out... TMI, there. But it made me want to read the other two, but I enjoyed this one the most and I feel it is the only one in the trilogy that can stand on it's own.
No, you aren't the only one. I tried to get into it, but lost interest, it seemed so predictable. I didn't care about any of the characters.
It was written poorly. Definitely produced as a mass paperback mystery instead of true fiction or literature. I almost finished but couldn't make myself. NOT enjoyable.
well i beg to differ..the book were unique for its back ground ..and
characterizations ...though its like never ending saga...butit keep you glued even it has some inherent flaws like profile of girl with tatoo
I found it wordy and full of clichés. It had similar problems to the Da Vinci Code. I felt as if I were reading someone's notes for a great 250-pager. I wanted to highlight it and send it to the publisher for further revision.
Come to think of it, I marked up my copy of Angels and Demons with just that intent. So maybe I just don't get this genre.
I won't try the book because the movie convinced me that it is far too dark for my tastes. Why do we all want to put this kind of negative crap into our psyches?
