Well, thanks for reminding me about the war. I agree that she is a murderous person. I wonder if she just wants revenge for something that happened to her. Since, ya know, the Capitol has the Hunger Games as revenge on the Districts for the War and to teach them a lesson. Maybe that is what Collins is trying to do, teach people a lesson.
