Novellas? I didn't know there were any...
yea, Assassin Study which is with Janco and Ari, Ice Study too with Yelena and Valek. But read that one after the third book. And you can read the other after the first book I believe. They are on her website too.

Oh naw. They are just friends that went on a mission for the Commander in that one. I actually kind of liked Ari for Yelena more so than Valek. I still have to say that their relationship is one of the most randomest ones I have ever read. As they didn't even seem to like each other at all. No hints of private feelings anywhere. Then out of nowhere they are all lovey-dovey and what not. Still so weird to me. And here is her site with her short stories.
