The Red Wedding was bad enough, but for Jon to die too? That is just too much of a tragedy.
I'm still upset that Eddard got beheaded. ...that being said, I braced myself for tragedy for the rest of the series. I don't think Jon is dead, though. There's been entirely too much vested in him.
I think the only one dead is Rob. I could be wrong, though.
But the rest are not officially alive either.
