I wouldn't be able to stand his temper, or the fact that even though he considers Jem his brother, he asked Tessa to leave him no matter what Jem felt. He's egoistic, and even though he said those things because of the curse there would have been better ways to make someone not love you. Indifference is much harder to bear than hate.
Since Clare said it will be surprise ... maybe Tessa won't end up with anyone. She's immortal, maybe she doesn't want to be with a mortal because she knows she will lose him at some point. Although I do believe that Jem will either be cured or die in the third book. It's got to be one of those two, I can feel it.
Everyone gets a temper, that's one his flaws. Everyone will find something wrong with the someone they love and it's not like he has violent or extremely aggressive temper. Well yeah there is that part, but he could of been a bastard about it and told Jem of his feelings but he was willing to try and be happy for them. People have ways of dealing with different things, that's just what Will does. But he would do anything for the one he loves and considering how much Tessa loves Will i can't see there being any other way for Will to make Tessa fall out of love with him. I guess it's a matter of opinions though, I don't see anything wrong with Will's behaviour and the way he handled Jem and Tessa's relationship. Who know's maybe if it were the other way around Jem might've done the same thing. But i definetly agree with surprise ending, I have a feeling she'll end up with no one. It wouldn't be a surprise if she ended up with Jem, or Will. So no one is what i'm expecting.
I thought CP would clear things up a bit and give hints to were it's leading but really there's just too many ways this series could end. But yeah, I agree with you. May be Tessa wouldn't end up with any of them. :/
Yeah i thought that too but really, it just confused everyone even more. From reading it i felt like she was more in love with Will than Jem but she accepted Jems proposal and i was like what now where is it going to go. Then with Cassandra saying that it will be a surprise it just confused me even more. If she doesn't end up with someone i think maybe it's becaause Jem dies so she won't betray his memory, or maybe Tessa doesn't want to become between two best friends and she's immortal anyway. But then again she hasn't really thought about being immortal much.
Yeah, I know. Plus I liked this book sooooo much that now I'm a little bit worried about the next installment. I mean, I can't wait to read it but I keep praying it's even better than CP which I'm not sure is possible! :( We'll see.
Agreed! it was so good that i'm not sure if she can top it, i mean she is Cassandra Clare so hopefully. I can't believe we have to wait another year :(

I would prefer it if tessa walks away from both. it just doesn't seem right, running to will after jem dies.
Tessa just agreed to Jems engagment because she left bad, I just know it. When he asked her to marry her she was kind of hestitating, but I bet it Will asked her she would say yes flat out. But I do agree with zara some what, walking away from both Jem and Will would be best for their friendship, it just doesnt seem okay for her to do this. I bet in Clockwork Princess it will tear apart friendships and what not. But I kind of hope that JEM FALLS FOR CECILY, AND WILL AND TESSA GET Together, like a previous post said. HOPES UP
That how i felt, i re read it a few days ago and it just didn't feel like she was saying yes for the right reasons. She actually imagined saying no and running to Will but she didn't want to hurt Jem. Yeah i'm hoping for Jem and Cecily and Will and Tessa :) If not i'll be so annoyed.
