Yes, its a Young Adult book.
Sharone, I don't know if you ever read YA fiction, but there are a lot of gems out there. You just have to sift through the angst.
I have read a couple, but even though the premise is a good one, the books are short, and the plot simplified.
I know that this does not apply to all YA books, but as the price is over what I usually pay for books, I am doing a bit of research before buying... which is quite difficult because I don't want any spoilers...
