I agree with everything you said, and think the cinematography will be greatly improved, Fincher is phenomenal.
I agree too, the movie characters didn't match the book descriptions, besides the fact that they created situations that didn't happen in the book, and It doesn't capture the essence of the story.
One question about the casting.. how was Rapace NOT cast correctly? She was perfect, a bad ass, with a 12 year old little boy's body (exactly as the book describes her) In the American one they already have her wrong, the girl looks emaciated instead of muscular and has boobs.. really? She even gets boobs in the next books, how can you start with them???
The Original movie was amazing, I watch it everynow and than. and recommend it to friends. I am not sure how its gonna be in English, not really looking forward to that.
