A Vintage Affair was a wonderful surprise for me. Thanks to you or another Goodreads reviewer! Even though I am not a fashion-literate person, I enjoyed the premise and the execution of this tale.
Same here. Another friend recommended it to me and some others for a read-a-long in our group. And although I'm not much of a clothes/fashiony person either I devoured that book. And it actually got me hungry to check out some vintage items myself besides the jewelry. I'm reading The Very Picture of you by the same author and it is just as good just with the main character being someone that paints portraits for a living. Still such a juicy read and just 11 chapters too. :)
