Actually may agree with you there! It was weird and not as good as all the quotes on the back made out that it was going to be! I think I saw "life-affirming" on the back...it wasn't!
i would agree with you that it was somewhat random and hard to follow at times, but definitely not wierd.
No death isn't weird, the idea of floating around and being in the middle for ages is weird.
its nor weird nor stupid, I am not trying tobe mean, I respect anypnes opinion, but I believe this book is amazing and soo not stupid
