Same here...I think it could have been so much better, but I still liked it....
I agree! Passion's the best so far! Fallen was a long intro, I liked the change of environment in Torment a lot eventhough I thought the surroundings of Fallen were original for a change. But Passion had so much variaton in it!
It's like one big TV show to her... I'm ashamed to admit I'd probably get caught up in my former lives the same way Lucinda does. I'd wanna know everything and never stop to think about the consequences. Which is indeed insane, I know... But some people are like that, they exist, and in this case we'll have to do with Lucinda. she's 'real' enough, recognizable to many readers too I think.
Pauline, you're right... Being as regardless as Luce is being, will only cause death... :P But hey, who wants to live forever...? I know I don't... ;)

Agree about Passion. The books do improve.

"Passion had so much variation" (Lady). I agree, lots of change about.
Anyone else have the occasional urge to throttle Lucinda for lack of sense during that book's story? Sometimes I wonder why authors make their characters such "derr-duhs", causing problems for themselves AND those around them. That frustrates me as a reader and I literally have to plow through to the next plot line.

Mandy, you have a point (though I laugh to admit it), there ARE people like that out there so a portion of the reading audience is well served. I guess it's knowing from experience the kind of pain such thoughtlessness can cause people around the nonthinker can cause that frustrates me. I'll live. : - ) Though Luce proves that she doesn't always (Bigger grin).

That about says it all Mandy. Looking forward to the next book in the series to see what happens from there if anything.
