I feel the same. Team manuscript all the way. I think Verity saw her reading the manuscript or saw it was moved one day and wrote the letter to cover her butt. super sus.
Who would write such things? A writer who writes villain protagonist book. In other words, Verity. Btw I think the extra chapter makes Team Letter stronger
Team manuscript 100%. If she wrote it "as a writing exercise", why not use different names, or just practice by making up an entirely new fictional story? She could've practiced by writing from a well-known character's POV and changing their personality. Felt too real to be nothing more than a "writing exercise" to me.
yes agreed, plus as a mother u don't wright abt killing your child for a so called practice, using her name, or if ur writing abt something that dark u use another name just like u pointed out
Team Manuscript
When Verity found out about Lowen reading her Manuscript to escape her reality she wrote the letter.
1. Why was Crew sacred of her?
2. Nobody writes such harsh things about thier kids
3. Crew clearly said "Mom said Crew breath"
but I have a small question in my mind that when Lowen told Jeremy about the manuscript why did Jeremy say " Where did you find this" instead of what is this or any other question?
I'm team manuscript as well. Can't trust someone who's been faking being bed ridden all that time - diapers and all that...cray
TEAM MANUSCRIPT
I think that even if verity was telling the truth in the letter, she's still the villain because of the fact that she was capable of faking her injury this whole time and just let jeremy suffer and live in hell.
Team Manuscript. Even if what she had said in the letter was true, and she really was trying to get in the mindset of her villainous characters, I don't see how it would make much sense at all to spend so much time pretending to be sickly. And why would Jeremy act as if he had never read the manuscript once Lowen brought it to his attention? Even if the letter had been true, the parts of her manuscript detailing her obsession with him and desire to be with him at all times would still have to be true for her to decide to pretend to be ill in order to remain in the same household even after he had supposedly drove her into a tree.
