There are many who liked this book..but it irritated the hell out of me. The last part unfolded like a shoddy hollywood horror flick.
I admit I am a fan of B horror movies. I think a better version of this theme - literal ghosts from the past coming to bite in the present- is found in Jeffery Ford's Twilight Pariah.
