Because the fantasy elements are so so good. That Twin Peaksy feeling, that disquiet and menace and otherworldliness. Then he goes and spoils it all by saying something booby..
rachel, I have been debating over this as well, I do not understand why he writes about incest. Also, in my opinion, in kafka, the boy is going through this sex even when he is being possesed by the lover of saeki, is it then consensual sex?
