I don't think Tamlin will LET Feyre go to see the King oH, but she will sneak over there anyway to spy on them and tell Rhys anything she hears. Maybe, as she will be away from the Spring Court, Rhys will be so desperate that he will winnow to see her and they're going to have a romantic moment. Than he will winnow her back, so she gets to the SC before Tamlin.
