Yes! That was my theory too except Lucien is from the Autumn court so that put me off and Lucien doesn't have any powers as far as I know
But there is are (or I hope there are) secret words that a High Lord can say to anyone that pass on the heritage to that person.

Okay, here it goes:
Tamlin is laying on the ground severely wounded (probably because of Rhys), looking at Feyre finally realising her betrayal there comes Lucien. As Tamlin sees that he will not make it and Lucien is the only one he can really trust he passes on the title to him. pls tell me what u think and I'm always open to more theories.
