I agree. it's like wow you really don't give a damn about your character huh? I'm sick of authors killing off their characters to make it more "realistic" or whatever. I read to escape not to get depressed. Ugh, until this day I still dislike her because of this shit.
Yep! the last page was such a bummer and unnecessary! Corrado stole my heart when I read Sempre. IMO he was a scene stealer such an endearing bad ass, and reading that last page really bummed me out, I wasn't ready to say goodbye to him - although he had a cameo in The Sweetest Sorrow, still that Obituary left me heartbroken!
same same same! so glad its not just me feeling this way. literally cried over it. i always choose bookks with an hea for this reason. i have a question though, they don't tell how corrado dies, do they
