Because they all originate as the same Jason from the beginning of the book. Other than Jason2, that is. They all went out for ice cream, got abducted, and then the choices he made after is what split their timeline. . Multiverse theory would suggest that there are many other timelines where Jason never got abducted.
Besides that, these are alternate versions of Jason after he started looking for a way back home.
