I haven't read the Expanse series, though I'm currently watching it (way behind, but started it at least) on TV. The first book of Poor Man's Fight wasn't bad, but I couldn't get into the second one. I'll have to look into Marko Kloos.

I've also begun reading Glynn Stewart and Kal Spriggs, both of whom do some great stuff as far as fun characters and epic space battles, but I read fast enough that I'm almost done with everything they've written.

The books are way better than the show, and I really like the show. There is way to much back story to fit into the television show that makes things make more sense.

That makes sense. I'm enjoying the show and will probably read the books, I just don't want to get ahead of the tv show in my reading, because then what's the point of watching it, when it looks better in my head?

I read ALL of Marko Kloos' books within two days while juggling my three young boys. Highly reccomend them, even to non-space story lovers, its one of those enthralling edge of your seat, chew up your lip and zonk out.!!
