Yes :) But then, I am used to both English and Scottish accents and all things UKish. (Through books, UK friends, and travel there) My mother has difficulty understanding a simple English accent on TV- she tried watching "Call the Midwife" but struggled with the accent that she couldn't understand half the dialogue. I suppose it's what you've been exposed to or not. :)
