Omg I'm so sorry I usually always write thank u in the beginning so I didn't know I had to specifically say it again. I do Google them though I never get the exact answer just that its "adult". Thank u again

While you indeed did write a general "Thank you" to anyone who might answer your question, it's still expected to give a personal reply.
It's polite to respond to the individual.
You can get the exact age of the characters just from using Google. I Googled the questions and found out both of the main character's ages.
I had no problem finding the age of the characters but if all you get is "adult" then it could be down to the question and key words.
Wikipedia, Amazon/Goodreads reviews and fan forums are a good place to go to. It may help you if you press ctrl + f to bring up a search bar that locates certain words.
