You're right she chose to be like him, but the odds of that remaining the same is little to nothing. She's trying to be someones she's not. Eventually her instincts are going to kick in. She's going to grow tired of being a follower and make her own decisions. Aiden will get upset with the fact that she's not obeying him and then what happens? He sells her off?..You know what, say she decides to remain loyal and be exactly like him. What if Aiden gets tired of her, it's not like he loves her. He cares about her but feelings can change. What happens then? There is no real ending and I find that extremely frustrating. We have to assume that the ending she gave us where they are both training their slaves and content is how it will remain. I doubt that's how their story will end.
