Brooklyn Ann I'm 90% sure Jon lives in one way or another.

Bri I've heard some good theories. I like that his death held really strong allusions to Julius Caesar (as Shakespeare's play goes, anyhow). It added a certain something for me.

Jeanine Celentano I really hope he is not dead. I believe him to be a Baratheon therefore heir to the throne.

Bri I actually like the popular theory that Jon is Lyanna and Rhaegar's. It would be an interesting "song of ice and fire." I think there's no doubt he's Lyanna's (blue flowers, "You are my blood," not "my son" from Ned, the timing, etc.), but Rhaegar is trickier. I think the key for him is the queen of love an beauty story. Why else would it have been so prominent if not to suggest Jon's parentage?
