Colleen H. Ochab is a Chicago-based writer, screenwriter, and founder of Fight For The Fairytale Editorial, a developmental editing company that empowers fantasy writers to craft cinematic novels and screenplays.

Colleen writes primarily epic medieval fantasy with a dash of romance! When not focused on writing, she loves to weight lift, travel the world, play D&D with friends, and spend time with her rescue dogs.

She holds an MFA in Screenwriting from DePaul University and, as a breast cancer survivor, believes we should all live boldly and chase our fairytales with courage–just like our favorite heroes.

It is so cool to see the world expanding. I am normally not a big fan of having different protagonists in each book of a series, but following each of the brothers has been enjoyable. Maketes is quite possible the most adorable of them all!

I very much enjoyed the continued expansion of the world from Deep Waters Book #1 with a new central protagonist. Daios as the villain in Book #1 being given his redemption arc and love interest was fun. As always the romance is enjoyable!

I come back to this one again and again when I need to hone in on the basics and ground myself when life gets crazy. Tons of great research presented and enjoyable ancedotes/stories that make the concept easy to understand and digest.
