“He sighed loudly, but it was interrupted part of the way through with another short laugh. “You’ve spent the majority of your life being forced to show respect to people who have no respect for you.”
“And you’ve spent the entirety of yours being shown respect when you deserve none.” My hand shot to my mouth and I added, “I apologize for my words, Sir, but I do not appreciate being compared to a monster.”
C. Miller, Reave

“You’re given such a short time in life, and it will only be what you make of it. Why try to escape from something when you could simply try to fix it instead?”
C. Miller, Elude

“He stepped aside and waited for me move first before falling into step beside me.”
C. Miller, Reave

“The difference between fiction and reality? Fiction has to make sense.”
