The Wizard

The Wizard (born Bentley Wittman), also known as the Wingless Wizard, is a fictional character, a comic book supervillain in the Marvel Comics universe. His first appearance was in Strange Tales #102 and was created as an enemy for the Human Torch.

The Wizard's powers derive from the unique weapons and inventions incorporated into his bodysuit. The suit itself is slightly armored and can also project a force field of considerable strength. His power gloves enhance his strength and project energy blasts as well as the unique "typhoon sphere," creating an area of buffeting force around an opponent. He also has used these gloves to mimic the powers of the Fantastic Four. Of course, the Wizard is best known for his invention of anti-gravity discs, or “flying discs,” which allow him to fly, but can also be attached to a victim or another object, causing it to become virtually weightless.
