"Isaac"

Isaac is the Red Shield agent assigned to Hong Kong to eliminate the Chiropterans in the area. He was also tasked to look for Hagi to take him back in order to revive his master, the Chiropteran queen Saya. He revealed to Hagi that Saya is hibernating in Japan, which prompted him to go to the island at the end of the story.
