Palestinian in Marseilles going by the name Hakim el-Bakri, “a recent immigrant from Algiers.” Khaled (as Martineau) meets with him to discuss the Paris attack, the planning for which Saddiq is responsible. Afterward he is to kill Daoud Hadawi in Zürich—then Khaled plans to kill him.
