Ed Foley
Picked by new President Ryan to be DCI (Director of Central Intelligence, i.e., head of CIA and the entire U.S. Intelligence Community*). He and wife Mary Pat Foley both speak Russian fluently and together are a formidable team. They both started out as analysts at CIA, along with Jack Ryan. Ed was then COS of Moscow station in the 1980s.
