Brother of Jefferson Davis and Uncle of Miles Morales. He stole the experimental spider that bit Miles Morales and made him the new Spider-Man. Jeff did not want Miles associating with him. Eventually he made a bid to be the new undeeworld kingpin. He got himself killed in explosion, with Spider-Man suspected of causing his death.
