Sergey Syrtsov
Sergey Ivanovich Syrtsov[a] (17 July [O.S. 5 July] 1893 - 10 September 1937) was a Soviet-Russian politician. Syrtsov is best remembered for having served as the head of the republic government of the Russian SFSR from 1929 until his removal in 1930 for alleged political plotting for the removal of Joseph V. Stalin as head of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks).
