Derile, or Derelei, was a Pictish Princess and mother of the Pictish kings Brude, son of Derile and Nechtan, son of Derile. She is thought to have been the wife of Dargart mac Finguine (d. 686) of the Cenél Comgaill, a kingroup in Dál Riata who controlled Cowal and the Isle of Bute.
