Brian Ask was born in South Dakota in 1969 and immediately hit the road. He survived twelve schools in twelve years, attended four different universities - including a year abroad at The American University in Cairo - and somehow managed to avoid graduating from all of them.

For four decades, he lived as a nomad, never spending more than two years in any one city, leaving his mark on Fargo, Minneapolis, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and everywhere in between. Professionally, he carved out a career as a Chaos Commander in many industries, including the relentless, high-stakes event production industry. He has worked at major venues like The MGM Grand in Las Vegas, as-well-as humble establishments like Grandma’s in Fargo.
