I think it is clean and can be put in all hands.

I think I missed something.... What does the tattoo represent? Is it something to do with the Prince?

Becki Yes. From what I understood, a snake tattoo around the wrist meant you were (or had been) a mistress of the Prince.

Is this suitable for a 14 year old in regards to any sexual conent?

Kathie Hatch No, it has several sex encounters with Cora and her husband. It is vaguely descriptive, but I wouldn’t want my 14 year old to read them.
