I liked some of the historical and situational analyses with the easy presentation of the book, The End of Poverty. However, the solution is presented in a unidirectional, Noth(solution) to South (problem). The role of the South including the financial resource should have been indicated. How can we imagine the effectiveness and sustainability of any intervention without active role and representation of the South?
