If the money was created by 'playing' the system, by trying to hack it (see The KLF's 'how to have a hit record' motivation), it is in itself representative of it - born from it. All of the philosophy of their actions and the driver behind them is the ideas and chaos presented in The Illuminatus Trilogy. We are controlled by money, we project our feelings, emotions into it. We feel the weight of the pain of sweating for it. It exerts a control over us - it owns us. Truly freeing yourself is to reject it. It is an act that frustrates, bewilders and amazes the onlooker. The angry project their own desires, their own sweat on the money. The admiring see an act that shakes their assumptions to their core.(less)
