Is it just me or is the price of this ebook fucking ridiculous?? I mean what author in their right mind would rip off their readers so badly. Why would I spend $16 dollars on the ebook when the paperback is $18 - and that's for "paperback". Is this book worth $18 bucks, I do not know, is it!?
