This book is thoroughly inclusive toward lesbian and bisexual women, with two chapters on women's relationships with men, and another on our relationships with women. But it doesn't mention any other sexualities, although I think, if you got a newer edition of the book, it likely would. (less)

I really want to read or own this book as a reference guide. I live in Germany with different laws and different (especially health care) systems. Sadly, the German version of the book has not been updated for several decades. Does this book have a focus too much on the US? Would you also recommend it to people from other countries despite some sections focusing on the US?
